Save the date: Election Day is Tuesday, April 4th!
Other important information…
- First day to request an absentee/mail-in ballot: February 24th, 2017
- Last day to request an absentee/mail-in ballot: March 30th, 2017
- Last day to register to vote by mail: March 7th, 2017
- Last day to register to vote online: March 19th, 2017
- Early voting begins: March 20th, 2017
- Early voting ends: April 3rd, 2017
- Last day to mail an absentee/mail-in ballot: April 4th, 2017
Evanston’s early vote location is the Evanston Civic Center, located at 2100 Ridge Ave. The Civic Center will be open to early voters during the following days/hours:
- Mar. 20-25: 9am-5pm
- Mar. 26: 10am-4pm
- Mar. 27 – Apr. 1: 9am-5pm
- Apr. 2: 10am-4pm
- Apr. 3: 9am-5pm
Additionally, if you would like to vote in downtown Chicago, the Cook County Clerk’s office is open the same hours as the Civic Center. They are located at 69 W. Washington St. in downtown Chicago, on the 5th floor.
